This is a hands-on role for a medior Java Developer who wants to be part of flat-structure organization.

Responsibilities:
-Produces code that is tested and compliant to coding principles applied within the project;
-Aligns closely with Tech Lead/Solution Architect (as applicable);
-Alerts other team members and project manager of impediments and delays;
-Troubleshoot issues, due to being a high tech software provider;
-Collaborate with team to develop and release new features.

Skills & Knowledge essentials:
-Experienced in Java, JavaScript, HTML and preferably experience with JVM (e.g. troubleshooting memory allocation and performances);
-Knowledge of OO design principles and patterns for example SOLID Principles etc.;
-Experience with Spring framework and Hibernate ORM;
-Ability to translate use cases and requirements to working implementation;
-Preferably, but not a must, a University education and degree which is IT related;
-Minimum of 4 years practical experience as a Java software developer.
