Junior Phone Sales professional in IT

SDP is currently seeking a goal-oriented and driven Inside Junior or Medior experienced Phone Sales professional to join the teams at the Hoofddorp office. In this role, you will turn leads into sales by phone for a well-known technology company and excellent employer. You’ll work in an environment that is rewarding, interesting and fun.

SDP is looking for phone sales professionals with a genuine hunger to succeed, strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities
As a Phone Sales Representative, you will close quality sales, ensuring a positive customer experience by educating customers on the features and benefits of your employers technology products.

Specific duties for the sales representative role include
-Turning warm leads into sales by effectively communicating the features and benefits of technology products;
-Using persuasive sales techniques to upsell and cross sell additional products;
-Ensuring a positive customer experience while closing quality sales;
-Responding to questions and overcoming objections;
-Documenting all customer information, communications and sales in CRM system;
-Meeting weekly and monthly sales and revenue goals.

Additional requirements for this role include
-Goal oriented with a healthy competitive spirit;
-Strong attention to detail, dependability, and follow through;
-Working knowledge of Windows-based software;

-Self-motivated, positive attitude, and a love for hard work;
-Previous sales experience, a plus;
-Preferably a BSc. education in Business, Economics, or Management but not a must;
