For a technology leader in Electronics and Hardware solutions SDP is looking for an HR Business Partner.

And now they are looking for an HR Business Partner that wants to grow with them!

As an HR Business Partner internally, you’ll serve as a consultant and advisor regarding HR policy and initiatives such as performance management, onboarding, and coaching for success, with the goal of aligning HR practices to business strategies.

-You will work closely with managers to provide expertise and hands-on support in multiple areas including planning, onboarding, employee retention, employee relations, management coaching, performance management and change management.

-Advise and coach managers on HR policies and programs including employee relations matters.

-Works with hiring managers to fill vacancies by sourcing, interviewing and identifying internal and external candidates for administrative, technical and managerial positions worldwide.

-Leads the employee onboarding and offboarding process.

-Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation.

-Fosters a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.

-Recommends improvements to policies, programs, and procedures related to the effectiveness of the HR function.

-Provides guidance and support on employee relations issues; assess risk and determine appropriate course of action; conduct thorough and objective investigations as needed; escalate complex issues to HR Director.

-Assist with designing presentations and facilitating training to client groups.

-Maintains knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and HR compliance.

-Acts as resource to employees when needed providing guidance on and interpreting company policy as well as assuring that employee perspectives are heard and considered.

-Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.

-Tracks and analyses metrics on employee actions, terminations, and voluntary attrition to recommend actions as needed.
