The Business Analyst IT Systems main responsibility will be to enable change by defining needs and recommending solutions that will deliver increased value for the tech business.
The Business Analyst will work alongside other members of the project teams and will be involved in all phases of the project lifecycle, but will have primary responsibility for capturing requirements, investigating solutions, supporting the implementation phases of projects, supporting the UAT processes whilst demonstrating the core behaviours that underline the organisation's values.
Business Analyst IT Systems key skills: -At least a Bachelor’s degree, preferable Business or IT related; -Minimum of 2 years practical experience as an IT Business Analyst; -Experienced with Microsoft Excel; -Experienced or strong knowledge of requirements management and/or process modelling; -Experienced writing functional requirements and use case specifications; -Experienced handling technical documentations; -Experienced gathering and defining client’s business requirements; -Strong analytical and communication skills; -Excellent written and verbal skills in English; -Ability to interpret complex information; -Active listener who can understand and communicate the key issues; -Perseverance to solve complex problems; -Analyze the impact on softwares and/or calculations; -Support clients and internal teams with product related questions; -Help guide development team and testing team in implementation; -Participate in a variety of projects; -Not a must but a strong plus; certifications obtained related to the Business Analyst profession.
