Senior Java developer’s Essential Skills & Knowledge:
-Basic / scholarship knowledge of programming languages Java, Javascript, Unix scripting, XML, HTML and knowledge of OO principles.
-Understands coding standards, Target Operating Model (TOM) and can apply them correctly.
-Can write simple programs and knows the concept of debugging and unit tests.
-Theoretical knowledge of design patterns.
-Knowledge of usingopen source frameworks (Spring, Hibernate) (Must Have).
-Has the ability to translate use cases and requirements to relevant implementation.
-University education and degree (IT related).
-Minimum of 6 years experience in a software development function.
-Strong analytical and communication skills.
-Good written and verbal skills in English.
-Perseverance to solve complex problems.
-Ability to work under pressure.
-Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment.
 
Senior Java developer’s Key Responsibilities:
-Commits to complete a given work within agreed time limits.

-Assists in estimation and work breakdown of technical tasks.
