Test Engineer Electronics

This company is an innovative, successful electronics company based in Amsterdam. They take part in many electronic power like products. They are engaged in the development and the worldwide marketing and sales of high quality reliable electronics systems for autonomous use and in remote locations throughout the world. They have several offices in  Amsterdam and abroad. At their office in the Amsterdam they have 100+ employees. Their product development takes place in The Netherlands and the UK offices. The product development for the global markets is executed in collaboration with internal and external partners. To strengthen their teams in Amsterdam, they are looking for a Test Engineer Electronics.
 
As a Test Engineer Electronics and products e.g. product development and product lifecycle management;
 
-you will work in an international organization where you perform a key role between manufacturers, sourcing departments and development teams.
-You will work together with a team of other engineers to facilitate and execute the complete product development cycle up to the launch of products.
-You will execute critical tests on black box level, sub circuit level and on component level to support the projects in getting the best quality level which can be achieved within constraints. -You will setup the test plan together with the teams, execute the required tests, create test reports and write improvement proposals which can be implemented.
-You are looking forward to being challenged and feel a need to perform continuous improvement on your work and products involved.

Required;
-A Bachelor degree in the field of electrical engineering or energy technology.
-2+ years’ worth of experience in a Test or Engineering environment.
-Knowledge of working with Oscilloscopes, power analysers, data loggers.
-You are a self- starting hands-on  team player.
 
Strong plus points but not a must;
-Knowledge of testing tools like GPIB, Labwindows, Labview, Teststand.
-Knowledge of power electronics and real time control.
-Knowledge of SMPS, magnetic design, simulation and EMC.
-Technical experience in embedded systems.
