Electro Mechanic in Clean Energy

SDP Amsterdam is looking for beginner, intermediate and advanced level Electro Mechanics to implement innovative and practical activities upon delivery of repaired and re-checked clean energy products. The ideal Electro Mechanic has a strong desire to succeed, is self-managing, and has an eagerness and willingness to go above and beyond expectations. 
 
For one of the subsidiaries of the clean energy technology business group and valued international employer in Amsterdam, we are searching for dedicated Electro Mechanics with ‘preferably’ an educational background in Electronics or Electrics. The Electro professionals will report to a friendly and international group of staff members on location. Just to be clear, this is an in-house position which means that you’ll be working from a fixed technology location in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities:
-Supporting colleagues from the Technical Support group.
-Refurbishing and updating used electronics products.
-Testing and simulating problems of installed equipment.
-Repairing mainly specific electronics equipment such as clean energy battery chargers and inverters at component levels.
-Record analysis data in the English language in administration by using SAP.
-Reporting occurring faults to Senior Software Engineers and Architects.
-Preparing defective products for warranty claims from the technology suppliers.
-Error and malfunction analysis on electronics products.
 
Required:
-You are eager to learn, always busy to improve your skills, can communicate well and enjoy working in a team of technicians.
-You have a service-oriented attitude.
-Preferably you have already gained a couple of years work experience with electronics or electric repairs at component level.
-You have a good command of the English language, spoken and written.
-Preferably you are in possession of an Electro / Electronics or Electric education, but good sense and strong proven affinity with electronics are more important than diplomas.
