They are also a highly successful technical healthcare systems provider based in Amsterdam and are looking out to permanently hire a senior C# Software Developer to join their teams. You will be joining a team of talented, experienced, intelligent, C# developers building software platforms and systems for delivering collaborative medical services. They are interested in a versatile and preferably senior C# Software Developer who will be joining a sophisticated team to execute and coordinate the .NET development processes across their medical products.
This is an exciting opportunity for senior (or lead) experienced C# developers, to extend the skillsets and push innovative technology forward at a respectable company in Amsterdam.
The Senior C# Developer.
You will be of added value to a product/ R&D team, consisting of quality software developers and a product owner. As an experienced C# developer you will also be responsible for coordinating all activities needed for the delivery of the certain medical and healthcare software products. There is minimal project management skill required so the expectation is that more than 75% of the role is working hands on in the full product life-cycle: contribute to the roadmap, architecture, design, implementation, test automation etc. A senior C# developer with a pro-active attitude, willing to learn, eager to deliver good results and improvements will be a perfect fit for this position.
Required experience / skills.
-5+ years of experience in .C# software product development.
-experienced in full life-cycle management; roadmap development to hardening and maintenance.
-accomplished C# and Microsoft .NET framework developer.
-C#/ .NET Web services and related technologies.
-test driven development (TDD) experienced.
-web-UIs experienced.
-broad experienced in web technologies (infrastructure, frontend & backend).
-scalability and performance optimisation.
-scrum and agile.
-be an ambassador of good code-craftsmanship.
-BSc. or MSc. degree in Computer Science/Engineering.
-Fluent in written & spoken English.
The Senior C# Developer should be:
-Observant, analytical, and probing - It’s second-nature for you to notice things like formatting issues on web pages, think about boundary value analysis and input validation when completing online forms, and to try to find bugs in applications you personally use.
-Agile - You have experience as a developer in an agile team. You are comfortable being an integrated member and leader of a development team and collaborating with the team during story review, test planning, development, and testing.
-Passionate about development- You read software development blogs, articles, books, etc. to learn more about your craft. You want to improve your own skills and your team’s development and product processes, and try new approaches and tools when doing so will help the team better its processes and results.
