As a Scrum Master, you will drive multiple cross-functional teams through the IntelliCloud group.
Scrum Master duties and responsibilities.
-Responsible for facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
-Expert in Agile best practices.
-Advocates and Evangelizes Agile best practices within the team.
-Mentors engineers in Agile processes, including story point estimation and sprint planning.
-Works also with external teams to track and manage project dependencies and impediments.
-Works with product owners, engineering and development managers to determine priorities and groom backlog.
-Report on agile team metrics and status, and track progress against those metrics.
Scrum Master qualifications.
-BSc. or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field.
-Minimum 3 years experience in agile development, specifically scrum theory and practice.
-Experienced as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Product Owner, IT Project Manager, QA Manager, delivering software for cloud-based solutions.
-You have been a software developer yourself (preferably .NET Framework, C#).
-Experience with Cloud-based development and systems.
-Familiar with development tools such as: JIRA, Trello, Confluence, etc.
-Experience facilitating teams in achieving goals.
-Experience with conflict resolution and driving cross-functional dependency resolution.
-Experience working with remote/offshore teams.
-You have strong leadership and influencing skills.
-Using and configuring JIRA including burndown charts.
-Pro-active and driven for quality and results.
