Lead C# .NET Developer

This software organization develops specialized and very useful software web applications for the government. This is an industry where much has happened in terms of changing regulations and standardization hence continuous innovation is very required. All of their customers are loyal, as they increasingly demand many smart solutions. The culture is open and informal with plenty of room for the individual to self-develop. All development is being done from a single office in Amsterdam central.
Currently, our client/ the employer is busy developing a new web application/solution while three other more advanced solutions continue with the development. Furthermore, they have implemented successfully the Agile way of working. For this exciting and innovative employer, I'm looking for several Senior/Lead C# .NET developers who want to participate in the various applications developments and help our client to optimize the processes in the right direction. This is a versatile role in which you will be challenged.
The Senior/Lead .NET C# Developers will be working from the office in Amsterdam close to the Central station. You will lead one of the Scrum teams in order to further design and model one of the new products/ solutions. While doing that your will further improve the team and build a trusted relationship with them.
You work the Agile way and will help less experienced team members to become better. Because continuous innovation is needed, you will get plenty of R&D opportunity to discover how new technologies can add value to the company applications. In addition to developing the new application, you may be involved with other C# application solutions as well. All these products have a very important significance to the governmental clients. Our client is growing and expanding rapidly.
The Senior/Lead .NET C# Developer;
-Has excellent knowledge and experience of .NET C# web application development.
-Strong knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, C#, Entity Framework, SQL Server, HTML and JQuery.
-Communicative skills and proactive behaviour.
-Has knowledge of cloud computing and Windows Azure.
-Has experience of test driven development of solid principles and design patterns.
-Is able to design complex systems, in which he/she uses the most appointed architectural patterns and design patterns.
-Is Agile experienced.
-Is experience with the development of commercial applications.
