The IT Project Manager (medior level);
With limited supervision, oversee the implementation of projects within the companies prioritised programmes of work and transition of the project delivery into operations. The ideal candidate will be a competent leader, must be able to understand business and change management needs at an enterprise level and will have experience of implementing IT related products working across multiple functions and teams internally. The successful Project Manager will have strong experience working on software / application development projects. You will have solid experience working on the full software development life cycle and work the Agile methodology.
The established Project Manager person will be responsible for a variety of IT Projects covering software and application delivery. You will be coordinating the full lifecycle of challenging multi stream software delivery projects using an agile methodology, from requirements gathering through development and testing to delivery, training, and handover to technical support.
Desirable;
-Demonstrable knowledge of coordinating the full lifecycle of multi stream software delivery projects using an agile methodology from requirements gathering through development and testing to delivery, training, and handover.
-Agile software development methodology.
-Experience of working in different project areas.
Essential;
-Managing complex multi stream software development projects.
-Delivering projects to budget.
-Stakeholder management.
-Managing conflicting priorities.
-Constructively challenges to seek best outcomes for the team and their projects.
-Project administration experience in producing and maintaining project documentation.
-Project reporting experience.
-Project resource scheduling and risk & issue identification.
-Devising/implementing project control and mitigation strategies.
