They achieve this with sophisticated multi-channel customer services solutions including intelligent SMS, Web and mobile apps.
 
They work in a colourful, collaborative open-plan environment where you will find cross-departmental teams working on exciting projects, releasing new products/technology and on- boarding clients. They have also won awards for investments in their Technology Strategies.
 
They are growing rapidly and are looking to add an exceptional (internal) Technical Account Manager to join their innovative, international, and dynamic team.

As a Technical Account Manager at our more than respected client in Amsterdam, you will be responsible for the day to day management of key strategic accounts including; further account development, coordination, relationship management and the measurement and monitoring of account performance.
 
This is not an ‘Acquisition or ‘New Business Development’ position.
 
Technical Account Manager;
The primary role of the Technical Account Manager is to deliver proactive services and provide technical advocacy to customers of Technical Services and Support Services. The Technical Account Manager requires a strong technical aptitude for preventing problems; is a valued technical resource to customers, peers; and all members of the Management team. A Technical Account Manager partners with clients aligned proactive service customers to gain an in-depth understanding of the customer’s environment, from both a technical and operational perspective, to ensure the best level of reactive and proactive support is provided.
 
He or she may also support proactive care and lifecycle event services, where the Technical Account Manager would not be directly aligned to the customer. The Technical Account Manager could or may be an expert in one or more software technologies, not excluding servers, storage or networking and has very strong communication skills. In the event of a customer satisfaction issue, the Technical Account Manager will collaborate, as required, with all appropriate IT Support resources to ensure resolution. The primary aim of the Technical Account Manager is to work closely with MNE customers, fostering long lasting relationships, which promote customer loyalty.
 
As Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of multiple projects from start to finish.
 
Required. You;
-have strong communication skills.
-are an excellent organizer and coordinator.
-have a strong focus on customer service.
-have a solid IT knowledge and are able to approach and involve the right experts where needed (internal and external).
-like to get challenged to combine IT knowledge with business processes.
-are result and quality driven.
-have experience in project management.
-identify and resolve issues within and between projects.
-have a hands on mentality.
-are flexible.
-have at least 3 - 4 years experience.
-have an understanding of agile and scrum.
-are fluent in English both spoken and written.
